Hello, my name is Arthur Brown Jr. and I am a web designer. I am currently employed by Directory One, Inc., search engine marketing, web site development firm that helps people create optimized, marketable websites that convert well. I am in the position of Web Design Coordinator. The main responsibilities of the Web Design Coordinator are to manage, distribute and coordinate the web design projects with the various designers and departments. It is a challenging position but it is made easy by the great dedicated people who I work with.
Web site design and development is a constantly changing field. Currently I am focused on building CSS based SEO / SEM friendly website which are designed for maximum conversion. A true love for web development is necessary for this field and I do love what I do.
About this site
This website was built using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver. WordPress is being used as a CMS. Currently I am trying to make this site W3C compliant or as close to it as possible. It will be a challenge as this is my first time using WordPress as a CMS but with a little luck and a lot of hard work this goal will be achieved.
